Dear Butte County Supervisors, I strongly urge you to adopt the A6 redistricting map. It is the only one of the two remaining under consideration that makes any sense. It was professionally drawn and respects the geographic integrity of local neighborhoods, communities and cities.

The other alternative obviously violates the Fair Maps act. Thus it is illegal and will inevitably lead to litigation, wasting a great deal of our hard-earned tax dollars on a lost cause. If you adopt map #69836, you will be forced to change it anyway, so do the right thing right off the bat and adopt map A6.
