    I have noticed the five Butte County Board of Supervisors in writing and given time for legal consultation.

    I call upon the Butte County Board of Supervisors to make a motion to terminate the local health emergency September 15, 2020 at the Butte County Board Meeting. You are required to do so by the California Services Act. You can not allow this to stay. You must terminate at the earliest date possible which is September 15, 2020 at the Butte County Board Meeting.
