Consistent with guidance in the report published by the Auditor of the State of California entitled, "California Is Not Adequately Prepared to Protect Its Most Vulnerable Residents From Natural Disasters", dated December 2019, the Butte County Office of Emergency Management has prepared a memorandum of understanding between Butte County and Butte County Association of Governments and Transdev Services, Inc., to provide emergency transportation for individuals with access and functional needs during a declared emergency or disaster in the County of Butte.
