The County entered into an agreement with City of Gridley on July 1, 2017 to provide building services including permit application, plan check, and inspection services within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City. The processing fees are paid by the applicants directly to the Department of Development Services. The agreement amendment was adopted by the City of Gridley on June 4, 2020. The Department recommends the Board of Supervisors amend the revenue agreement with the City of Gridley to extend the term of the contract by four years, through June 30, 2024.
