The County entered into a revenue agreement with CDFA effective April 2019 to enforce laws and regulations pertaining to industrial hemp cultivation. The CDFA reimburses the Agricultural Commissioner's Office based on expenditures associated with the program. The Agricultural Commissioner recommends entering into a revenue agreement with the State. The term of the revenue agreement is July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022, not-to-exceed $205,075.
