The majority of Butte County bargaining unit agreements contain a provision that authorizes a bilingual premium/differential. This provision is absent in the current Salary and Benefits Resolution for the Board of Supervisors Executive Assistants. In an effort to standardize eligibility for bilingual pay, Human Resources recommends amending the current Executive Assistant, County Supervisor Salary and Benefits Resolution to match the bilingual premium/differential provisions in place with the other bargaining units. All other provisions remain the same. The recommended resolution will supersede and replace the existing resolution. (Human Resources)
