3.02 Amend Capital Asset Policy - The County Capital Asset Policy was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on April 10, 2012. After seeking input from County Departments, the Auditor's Office recommends approval of a revised Capital Asset Policy. The threshold for assets purchased with non-federal funds remains $125,000 for structures, improvements and infrastructure, and $25,000 for equipment and computer software. All vehicles are capitalized regardless of cost. This brings the policy into compliance with federal funding requirements.
